“The process of working with AM2 [Kieran was previously a codirector of AM2 Partners Ltd along with Dr Nii Amoo] provided DISC with compelling evidence around multiple and complex needs in West Yorkshire and contributed significantly to the success DISC’s £10million grant proposal. AM2’s analysis of the data was rigorous, comprehensive and insightful helping DISC to focus on what really mattered to both our funders and our potential service users” (Mark Weeding, DISC Chief Executive, 2014).

Kieran undertook an intensive evaluation project on behalf of the IKC which culminated in 16 interviews with senior heads of Leeds University to ascertain the need for an Innovation-for-Leadership Development programme. Kieran's work was a critical part of the evidence base that informed subsequent innovation leadership development programme that we are now establishing.
