Finncara consulting Ltd consists of principled, like-minded professionals, experts in respective fields who provide diligent, practical, ethical and commercial advice to clients, locally in the UK and Ireland, and globally.  
Finncara’s network consists of staff and Associates including leading academics and practitioners from sectors including healthcare and business management. Our team has the necessary skills, knowledge, contacts and expertise/experience that ensure excellent service and value are provided to our customers.

Each project is unique, reflecting the myriad of experienced and technically skilled contributors who provide bespoke outputs for client needs which are agreed in advance and then co produced. We are proud of the sense of urgency we bring to each project, meaning that you receive a return on your research investment that much sooner.

OUR HISTORY
Finncara Consulting Ltd was established as a company in 2018. It consists of two Co-Directors, Dr Kieran Mervyn and Mrs Faye Mervyn. Kieran originally codirected AM2 Partners Ltd, a consultancy firm until 2016 alongside Dr Nii Amoo. Kieran continued his consultancy endeavours with close collaboration with Prof Becky Malby from London South Bank University. Kieran combines his consultancy work with a strong academic research background (see publications). He provides a range of academic research support in the area of qualitative, quantitative and mixed method research to support clients in the delivery of their strategic objectives

PRINCIPALS:
Dr Kieran Mervyn (PhD, MSc, BA Hons, Certified Prince II practitioner) is Visting Professor of London South Bank University and Co-director for Finncara Consulting. He is an internationally published scholar and organisational development consultant, with projects in Ireland, the UK, Europe and the Middle East.

Mrs Faye Mervyn (BA Hons Sociology) is senior administrator, project manager and Co-director for Finncara Consulting Ltd.

ASSOCIATE MEMBERS:
Terry Boyle 'RIP' (MBA) had over 30 years of consulting experience, with a wide range of senior management experience (including President). Terry had a keen interest in Mobile IS, interorganisational networks, healthcare innovations, digital exclusion, info management practices, change management + impact of ICT on organisational work etc. Sadly missed by his colleagues at Finncara Consulting Ltd.

Benjamin Onawo Samuel
BOARD CHAIRMAN DOXA HOUSE YOUTH EMPOWERMENT AND INCLUSIVE DEVELOPMENT INITIATIVE

With over 19 years experience working in NGO and development affiliated settings, Benjamin Onawo Samuel brings a seasoned experience with positive impacts to Doxa House Youth Empowerment and Inclusive Development Initiative. With a focus on growth and development he has championed the course in bringing DHYEIDI a 9 year old NGO into official recognition locally, nationally and internationally with an outstanding repute. He has built the capacity of key staff members and enhanced the organization of key activities that can improve partnerships both nationally and internationally. For him, growth and development is a work in progress that needs improvement by the second. Benjamin gained his Higher National Diploma in Computer Science the year 2006; he worked with the Nigerian Bible Translation Trust in 2008, as a language software consultant and IT assistant with an internship under the Nigeria Group (SIL) Seed Company. In 2010, Benjamin gained employment with the Nasarawa State Community and Social Development Agency (NSCSDA), an International Development Association and World Bank Group Assisted/Affiliated Community and Social Development Project as a Management Information System consultant. With high rate level capacity building and a hunger for growth and development, he proceeded to gain a Post Graduate Diploma in Information Technology with the National Open University of Nigeria. In 2015, he gained employment with the Federal University of Nigeria and in 2018 resigned to continue with Social Development endeavors – a key interest area. In 2015, with an intensified need to further develop himself and his community, Benjamin applied to the University of Roehampton to study a Masters Degree in Information Systems Management. Since then he has exerted even more positive impacts in DHYEIDI, NSCSDA, International Internship endeavors; and has established some very reasonable international partnerships. Benjamin’s interests and dreams are in Information Systems consultancy, Digital Spaces and enhancements, High Level Programming and progressive growth and development. He has since 2015, been involved in an international partnership that focuses on research development, and online education. He is married with progeny and takes great delight in family life.

Rohan Johnson

Rohan Johnson has worked for various organisations in the multinational high-tech industry in Ireland. Augmenting more than 18 years’ experience, Rohan’s areas of focus and expertise lie within the field of Information Technology and Partner Management consultancy. In 2018, Rohan opted to concentrate on completing his Master’s degree in Information Systems Management with the University of Roehampton. During his academic years, he has engaged in numerous research projects to acquire relevant knowledge crucial to thrive and lead within an organisation. He has a keen interest in Organizational Leadership practices as an antecedent factor for managing organizations and their role in enhancing or hampering employee performance and organizational success.
